The Guinness Partnership in London is seeking a Dynamics 365 Platform Lead to own the strategy, architecture and delivery of the D365 platform and Power Platform services.

We have a new opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Platform Lead to join our Technology Services team to lead the strategy, architecture, design, and delivery of our established Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and associated Power Platform services. This is a full time permanent role offering hybrid working and a real opportunity to steer and influence the future direction of the platforms and the services they deliver.
As the Dynamics 365 Platform Lead ,you will own the end-to-end architecture and design for Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) including Co-pilot within these services. You will also establish and maintain platform governance, including standards, best practices, environment strategy, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
We know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. In addition to bringing your experience of experience leading Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations and ongoing platform management, you will also demonstrate the ability to lead, manage and influence stakeholders at all levels including technical teams and third-party suppliers.
