Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Dynamics 365 Platform Lead to own the end‑to‑end architecture, design and delivery of our Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform portfolio. You will establish governance, drive ALM, and partner with technical teams and suppliers to shape the platform's future.

Hybrid role based in the UK with a focus on enterprise CRM, data integration, and digital engagement capabilities for residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform implementations.
Strong understanding of D365 architecture, including Dataverse, security and integration methods.
Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale CRM solutions aligned with business goals.
Expertise in integration patterns (APIs, Azure Integration Services and plugins).
Experience implementing governance, DevOps, and ALM for D365/Power Platform.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services relevant to D365 (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
Ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels and manage third-party suppliers.
Experience in housing/public sector or regulated industries is a plus.
Knowledge of CX and digital engagement platforms; use of Co-pilot/AI within the stack.
Experience with data and analytics integration (Power BI, data platforms).

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, architecture, design and delivery of D365 platform and Power Platform services.
Establish and maintain platform governance, standards, environment strategy and ALM.
Collaborate with technical teams and third‑party suppliers; influence stakeholders at all levels.
Drive digital transformation and resident/customer experience initiatives using Dynamics/Power Platform.
