Job summary

LHC Procurement Group is seeking a forward-thinking Business Applications Manager to lead the development, optimisation and continuous improvement of our business applications, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a strategic role within our digital transformation journey, ensuring the platform delivers value across the organisation for colleagues and customers.

You'll manage Dynamics 365 roadmap, work with stakeholders, and partner with technical teams to deliver well-designed,

Qualifications

Experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions or equivalent MS Dynamics components.
Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation.
Proven ability to analyse data and feedback to improve systems and processes.
Experience driving continuous improvement through data, insights and best practices.
Ability to lead training, user adoption and change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the ongoing management, support and continuous improvement of business applications.
Oversee the Dynamics 365 roadmap and enhancement backlog, prioritising value delivery.
Collaborate with technical teams and external partners to deliver well-designed, user-focused solutions.
Ensure GDPR compliance and robust data governance across platforms.
