Job summary

Gripple Ltd is seeking an experienced applications professional to own and optimise core business systems, including ERP, CRM and PLM, while leading two application developers. You will coordinate day-to-day delivery within a global IT team and support eight sites in Sheffield and Rotherham, delivering improvements across Dynamics 365 and integrations.

You’ll report to the Global IT Manager and play a hands-on and leadership role, balancing problem-solving with people management, and

Qualifications

• Practical experience supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement, including user support and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own key business systems including ERP, CRM and PLM and manage integrations.
• Lead a small team of two application developers and coordinate with the Global IT Manager.
• Maintain backlog in Azure DevOps and translate requests into actionable requirements.
• Coordinate updates, testing, approvals and support documentation for releases.
• Support global Dynamics 365 rollout and coordinate testing with stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on application admin, access changes and issue investigation.
