Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is partnering with a growing international manufacturing and distribution business to recruit a Business Systems Analyst focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will balance hands-on support with process improvement and project delivery to optimise systems and drive digital transformation.

In this role you will support and configure D365 BC across Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing and Warehouse modules, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, HR, Manufacturing and Warehouse systems.
• Proven track record delivering process improvements.
• Experience in software implementations and project delivery.
• Ability to map business processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Exposure to AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-3rd line support across business applications.
• Investigate issues and implement long-term fixes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.
• Gather requirements and deliver enhancements through configuration, testing and implementation.
• Manage change requests end-to-end.
• Support system implementation projects and upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure project delivery.
• Create and maintain process maps, guides, and test scripts.
• Deliver user training when new functionality is introduced.
