Job summary

Calobra Digital Ltd in Crawley is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to optimise the ERP platform and drive process improvements across the organisation. This hybrid role requires collaboration with operations, manufacturing, and finance teams to translate requirements into practical BC configurations.

You will reduce manual processes, improve data accuracy and reporting, and ensure teams operate with scalable, consistent processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, planning and finance processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering business process improvements.
• Confidence configuring Business Central and recommending best-practice solutions.
• Experience with testing, user training and change adoption.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, stores and sales to map current processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements using Business Central.
• Configure and tailor Business Central to meet business needs and drive standardised processes.
• Assist in testing, user training and change adoption to ensure successful rollout.
• Facilitate data-driven decisions via reporting and dashboards (Power BI where applicable).

Business Central Consultant - Crawley - Hybrid (3 days in the office) - Occasional to Huddersfield - £70k-£80k

I'm currently working with a growing manufacturing business that is looking to engage an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to support the optimisation of their ERP platform and drive process improvements across the organisation.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with stakeholders across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, stores, and sales to understand current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements using Business Central.

The business is keen to maximise its investment in D365 BC by reducing manual processes and spreadsheet reliance, improving data accuracy and reporting, and ensuring teams are operating with consistent, scalable processes.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, planning and finance processes
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering business process improvements
• Confidence configuring Business Central and recommending best-practice solutions
• Experience with testing, user training and change adoption
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate business requirements into practical solutions
• Power BI, Power Automate and systems integration experience would be advantageous

This role would suit a Business Central Consultant, Functional Consultant, Systems Analyst, ERP Specialist or Business Systems Manager who enjoys working closely with the business to deliver meaningful operational improvements.
