Job summary

Pickfords Removals is consolidating the group onto a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform with a strategic migration programme. The role is based in London and Kings Langley, with 3 days in the office and 2 days hybrid, including travel to group sites during cutovers.

This hands-on delivery position evolves into ongoing platform ownership, roadmap delivery, and a small internal support team as the platform matures.

Qualifications

Multiple full-cycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementatons led from finance, incl. greenfield COA and dimension design.
Deep BC finance configuration experience, including posting groups, dimensions, journals, approvals and core flows.
Design and implement APIs and OData integrations with non-Microsoft systems; production AL playing key role.

Responsibilities

Own the solution architecture for the group BC platform across COA, dimensions, intercompany and consolidation.
Lead migration strategy and end-to-end delivery from legacy NAV to BC SaaS.
Design interim bridge and manage cutover, testing and hypercare with finance stakeholders.
Oversee run model, release waves, environment and permissions management, and upgrade testing.
Deliver reporting architecture and Power BI integration with the Azure data estate.
Manage ISV partners, CSP licensing and internal BC support capacity.
