Midwich Limited is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join the Group Enterprise Application Support Team. The role focuses on keeping Dynamics 365 and related systems running smoothly, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable business information and services.

The successful candidate will work with the Group Head of Enterprise Applications and cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and support critical business applications, ensuring timely data

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT application support in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to analyse user needs and document results to support processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and understanding their architecture.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Midwich application systems to high productivity and efficiency levels.
• Perform problem analysis and resolution for complex application issues with users and suppliers.
• Assist in small IT application projects and guide users in running their projects.
