Job summary

Boston Hale is recruiting a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to work on CE and Supply Chain Management for a Not-for-Profit organisation in SW London. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days on-site, and supports the D365 estate underpinning core organisational functions.

You will provide 2nd line support for D365 SCM, CE and Power Platform, troubleshoot issues, manage users and security, monitor integrations and releases, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting D365 SCM in a functional capacity.
• Strong understanding of finance and operational business processes.
• Experience with configuration, support, and incident resolution.
• Exposure to CE or Power Platform is desirable.
• Familiarity with ITIL environments.

Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Support Analyst (CE & Supply Chain Management)

I’m currently working with a Not-for-Profit organisation in SW London who are looking to hire a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to support and enhance their enterprise platform, working specifically across Supply Chain Management and elements of CE - NOT FINANCE.

This is a hybrid role (2 days on-site) in South West / West London, offering the chance to work across a mission-driven environment where technology directly supports impactful services.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line support across D365 Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) (core focus), alongside CE and Power Platform
• Troubleshoot system/data issues and manage users, roles, and security
• Monitor integrations, batch jobs, and workflows to ensure system stability
• Support small changes, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with release cycles, testing, and environment management
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners
