You will deliver scalable, upgrade-safe customisations and integrations that boost operational efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' hands-on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform experience.
• Strong experience across Sales, Field Service and/or Case Management modules.
• C# / .NET development within Dynamics 365 CE (plugins and extensibility).
• Strong Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate expertise.
• Azure integration experience including Azure Functions, REST APIs and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support enhancements across Dynamics 365 CE, with a focus on Sales, Field Service and Case Management modules.
• Deliver Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse to improve automation and self-service capabilities.
• Design and implement integrations using Azure services and modern integration patterns.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues, driving root cause analysis and long-term resolution.
• Enhance ALM, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and environment management using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, development standards, mentoring and delivery planning.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, Microsoft Copilot and modern platform capabilities to improve business processes and user experiences.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact Dynamics 365 CE Developer role where you'll design, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. You'll play a key role in delivering scalable, upgrade-safe customisations, integrations, and automation that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

• SQL Server and relational database design experience
• Ability to provide technical leadership, mentoring and governance
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE security and data governance
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a growing technology function and driving continuous improvement

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or other ERP platforms
