Qualifikationen

• Experience in event coordination within hospitality, corporate and / or facilities environment.
• Experience of data analysis, interpreting and presenting data in a business environment including proposals.
• Outstanding customer service skills and orientation.

• Coordinate client events from brief to completion across the building.
• Manage event space diaries and oversee furniture setup for events spaces.
• Ensure smooth running of events from start to finish.
• Maintain regular communication with service providers and hold weekly event team meetings.
