Job summary

Culina is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader for our Chesterfield operation. The role involves leading a team, supporting the Shift Manager, and ensuring productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are met daily.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment, with supervisory experience and strong IT skills. Availability for weekend peak shifts and handling alcohol products may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced operation.
• Experience in VAS or e-commerce would be an advantage.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to share information clearly and confidently.
• Able to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines in a busy operational environment.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and help deliver or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a warehouse team to meet targets and KPIs.
• Support the Shift Manager in daily operations and team development.
• Ensure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are achieved.
• Maintain smooth operation and timely delivery of customer requirements.
