Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy logistics operation in Coventry. You will work closely with warehouse and customer service teams to process orders accurately and support daily administration.

Typical hours are 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday. The role involves using Warehouse Management Systems, producing picking sheets and shipping labels, and liaising with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries. UK applicants only.

Qualifications

• Experience handling orders across multiple Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to produce picking sheets and shipping labels.
• Experience coordinating deliveries with transport providers.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and stock administration.
• Strong liaison with warehouse staff and customers regarding orders.
