Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Transport Network Planner at the Manton Wood site in Worksop. You will build and manage transport plans across a busy network, ensuring deliveries are efficient, cost-effective and aligned with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport route planning across a multi-site network.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Teams; training on bespoke systems will be provided.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient transport plans across multiple sites, routing deliveries logistically and cost-effectively.
• Manage daily workload of customer orders and schedule deliveries to meet service requirements.
• Build understanding of customer profiles, delivery patterns and network requirements to optimise routes.
• Collaborate with transport, warehouse and customer service teams and DHL customers to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive network performance by achieving KPI and SLA targets and identifying improvement opportunities.
