Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term maternity cover, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be the first contact for subcontractor management and compliance queries, supporting the smooth operation of our supply chain.

You will maintain subcontractor management systems, manage data across PQQ platforms and performance software, and help deliver audits and quarterly assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing subcontractors in repairs and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service, organisational and administrative skills.
• Able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Maintain subcontractor management systems for accuracy.
• Manage data across PQQ platform and supplier databases.
• Support PQQ audits and quarterly performance assessments.
• Deliver systems training to operational hubs.
