The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant in Salford is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will support the Head Chef, lead sections during service, and help maintain high standards while keeping the team energized.

• Supporting the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen and brigade
• Owning food safety and compliancy
• Financial control
• Train and develop the team

• Preparing and cooking food to a high standard during busy services
• Supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth and efficient service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen
• Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are consistently met
• Assisting with stock organisation, deliveries, and kitchen prep
