The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant in Salford is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will support the Head Chef, lead sections during service, and help maintain high standards while keeping the team energized.

We’re looking for a hardworking, positive, and team-focused SousChef to join our fast-paced kitchen team at The Alchemist – a creative cocktail bar and restaurant.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in busy environments, enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, and takes pride in keeping standards high while still having fun at work. Our kitchens work hard, move fast, laugh together, and support one another through every service.

What You’ll Be Doing
