Royal Academy of Dramatic Art is seeking a proactive Short Courses Coordinator to join the Short Courses Team, supporting the planning and delivery of the RADA Short Course programme. You will be highly organised, fast-working and confident in administration within a busy customer-facing environment.

You will ensure all Short Courses and events are planned and delivered to a high standard, provide excellent customer service to teaching staff, and maintain strong cross-department relationships

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a fast-paced customer facing team.
• Excellent IT skills with strong attention to detail.

• Plan and deliver Short Courses and Events to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to teaching staff.
• Maintain and build relationships across departments within RADA.
• Handle enquiries by email, telephone, and in person.
• Safeguard and support Short Courses students during their time with us.
