Job summary

Royal Academy of Dramatic Art is seeking a proactive Short Courses Coordinator to join the Short Courses Team, supporting the planning and delivery of the RADA Short Course programme. You will be highly organised, fast-working and confident in administration within a busy customer-facing environment.

You will ensure all Short Courses and events are planned and delivered to a high standard, provide excellent customer service to teaching staff, and maintain strong cross-department relationships

Job description

Salary: £30,000 - 35,000
Contract type: full time, permanent

The Role

RADA are looking for a Short Courses Coordinator to join their team, to provide support to the Short Courses Team, in the planning and delivery of the dynamic RADA Short Course programme. You will be a highly organised, fast working and confident administrator who has experience of working in a fast-paced customer facing team.

You will be responsible for ensuring all online and in-person Short Courses and Events are planned, and delivered to a high standard, delivering excellent customer service and support to teaching staff, whilst maintaining and building strong relationships across all departments within RADA. Other duties will include dealing with email, telephone and face-to-face enquiries, and ensuring that all Short Courses Students are safeguarded and supported during their time with us.

The Team

We are looking for someone who is able to keep records and documents and who will contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the Short Courses team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining an accurate log of all Short Courses, support with the processing of student payments and help towards providing other financial administrative support.

The successful candidate will have detailed knowledge and experience of working within an administration role, excellent IT skills with strong attention to detail. You will be able to respond rapidly to changing situations, have excellent customer service with good written and verbal communication skills.
