Job summary

Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) is seeking an Activities and Coaching Operations Coordinator on a part-time basis to join our national office in Warwickshire. The role supports coordination of carriage driving, vaulting and other activities, with an emphasis on governance, guidance and project work within a charity environment.

You will work closely with volunteers, coaches and staff to enable effective activity delivery and maintain high standards across coaching and equine operations.

Qualifications

• Experience of coordinating activities, events, training, projects or programmes, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate specialist activities including carriage driving, vaulting and other developing activity areas.
• Act as first point of response for activity-related enquiries from groups, volunteers and coaches.
• Develop, maintain and review activity guidance, resources, forms and information.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Coaching and Equine team.
• Plan and facilitate internal and external meetings, including minutes and actions.
