ISC group is seeking an organised and proactive Courses Co-ordinator in Tonbridge to support planning, administration and delivery of our activities for children and families.

You will work closely with the Courses Manager to coordinate bookings and enrolments, provide top-notch customer service, and maintain precise records for smooth day-to-day operations. This full-time, year-round role requires strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach, with a DBS check required.

Recre8 delivers a thriving programme of term-time and holiday courses for children and young people, including swimming, drama, climbing, gymnastics, tennis, cookery, art and 11+ tuition.

We are seeking an organised and proactive Courses Co-ordinator to support the planning, administration and delivery of our diverse programme of activities.

Working closely with the Courses Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate course bookings and enrolments, provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate records and support the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a positive, customer-focused approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration or customer service, strong communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality experiences for children, young people and families.

This is a full-time, all year round position.
