Qualifications

• Experience supporting secondary pupils in education or similar setting.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom-based support to students across KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions.
• Assist students with SEND, SEMH, and behavioural needs.
• Work with staff to implement learning and behaviour strategies.
• Promote positive behaviour, engagement and inclusion.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
