Teaching Personnel is seeking experienced Secondary Learning Support Assistants to support students in the Huyton area. You will work in secondary schools, providing classroom-based support across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering one-to-one and small-group interventions.
The role requires strong communication, solid behaviour management, and experience with SEND/SEN needs. Immediate start and temp-to-perm opportunities are available, with competitive daily rates and ongoing professional
Competenze
- Experience working with secondary-aged pupils in educational or similar settings.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Confident supporting students with a range of additional learning needs.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
Mansioni
- Provide classroom-based support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions to support learning and progress.
- Assist students with SEND, SEMH needs, and behavioural challenges.
- Work with teaching staff to implement individual learning and behaviour support strategies.
