Job summary

Kingsbury School is seeking a highly organised Cover and Reprographics Coordinator to join our administration team. You will manage daily staff absence, coordinate room changes for exams and events, and provide efficient reprographics support along with reception and first-aid duties.

Responsibilities

• Arranging daily cover for absent teachers and liaising with supply agencies as necessary.
• Coordinating room changes and cover arrangements for examinations, trips, enrichment activities and other school events.
• Providing accurate absence and cover information and reports to school leaders.
• Ensuring safeguarding and vetting confirmations are received before supply staff commence work and providing induction and briefing.
• Ensuring that appropriate work and relevant information are available to staff providing cover.
• Coordinating reprographics requests and maintaining a well-organised, professional and efficient facility.
• Monitoring equipment and stock levels, ordering paper and consumables, arranging servicing or repairs when required.
• Providing administrative, reception and first-aid support and promoting safeguarding of children and young people.
