Job summary

• Coordinate order fulfilment from receipt through to delivery.
• Provide customers with order status and delivery updates.
• Resolve queries on product availability, lead times and deliveries.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure high service levels.
• Proactively address delivery delays or supply issues.
• Coordinate supply chain, production planning and logistics activities.
• Schedule production runs and ensure materials are available.
• Arrange transport and monitor deliveries, liaising with logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory and stock movements across the supply chain.
