Job summary

STARK Group in Northern Ireland is seeking a Sales Coordinator to ensure the efficient processing of customer orders from receipt through to delivery, while coordinating supply chain, production planning and logistics activities to meet customer requirements.

You will work closely with suppliers, production teams and logistics partners to optimise performance, manage stock levels and ensure on-time delivery, keeping customers informed with timely updates and accurate order status.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate order fulfilment from receipt to delivery.
• Provide customers with order status and delivery updates.
• Resolve customer queries relating to product availability, lead times and deliveries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of service.
• Proactively address and resolve delivery delays or supply issues.
• Schedule production runs to meet delivery requirements.
• Coordinate closely with production teams to maintain workflow continuity.
• Balance production capacity, labour availability and customer demand.
• Monitor deliveries and proactively address delays or issues.
• Arrange transport and delivery schedules for customer orders.
• Liaise with freight providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor stock movements throughout the supply chain.
