Job summary

Juice Recruitment is supporting a client on the outskirts of Cheltenham in their search for a Sales & Purchasing Administrator to join a busy team. The role involves handling sales enquiries, invoicing, returns, and managing eCommerce activity on Amazon and eBay.

Ideal candidates will have excellent organisation, a professional phone manner, and strong written and verbal communication. A full UK driving licence is required and an immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail.
• Professional telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Previous sales experience would be advantageous.
• Experience using inventory software would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and manage sales enquiries from existing and prospective customers.
• Support sales and purchasing administration, including invoicing and returns management.
• Manage daily activity across eCommerce platforms, including Amazon and eBay.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
• Provide general support across the business as required.
