Job summary

Cross Keys Homes in Peterborough is seeking a motivated Sales Executive for a 12-month maternity cover to lead Shared Ownership sales from enquiry through completion. You will guide buyers, arrange viewings, assess affordability, and work with partners to ensure a smooth journey to handover.

You’ll collaborate with the Sales Manager and Development team, support marketing activities, maintain records, and strive to deliver excellent customer experiences across new-build and resale transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of shared ownership, property sales, housing, resales or staircasing.
• Understanding of property sales and conveyancing processes.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and guide through the Shared Ownership journey from enquiry to completion.
• Conduct property viewings and assess eligibility and affordability.
• Support sale of new-build Shared Ownership homes, plus resale and staircasing as required.
• Progress sales through conveyancing and mortgage processes with solicitors and advisers.
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Contribute to marketing activity and lead generation to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports and marketing information across systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ready homes for handover and targets.
