Job summary

Faith Recruitment in Woking is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support Account managers with administrative duties and ensure client queries are handled efficiently. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office, offering a £25,000 base plus bonus.

The successful candidate will manage quotations, orders and supplier communications while delivering high-quality service to clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience.
• Experience working in a KPI/target-led environment.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Self-motivated and organised.
• Proven multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing internal support.
• Working towards a service time scale and delivering a first-class service to clients.
• Dealing with new enquiries.
• Liaising with suppliers to gain accurate prices.
• Prepare and send out quotations to clients.
• Process purchase orders.
• Ensuring client details are correct.
• Send out order acknowledgements to clients.
• Ensuring deliveries are sent out on time.
• Handle queries from both customers and suppliers.
