Tilly Bailey & Irvine LLP is seeking experienced Conveyancing Assistants to support our Residential Conveyancing team in the Stockton or Sunderland offices. You will assist a Solicitor or Senior Conveyancing Executive with administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have conveyancing experience, demonstrate discretion, and meet tight deadlines, while handling client communications professionally.

Qualificações

• Experience of working in a conveyancing environment.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• An ability to work to strict deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to clients by phone, email, and in person with a professional image.
• Review incoming post and alert Fee Earner on matters to address.
• Provide updates to clients, solicitors and estate agents.
• Update referrers using electronic spreadsheets and portals.
• Prepare Stamp Duty Land Tax returns.
• Prepare standard letters and emails.
• Ensure documents are saved to the client file and kept up to date daily.
