Job summary

Tilly Bailey & Irvine LLP seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the Stockton office in a busy, high-volume team. The role focuses on managing all aspects of residential conveyancing—sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold matters—and supervising support staff to ensure excellent client service.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to strengthen our highly successful team in our Stockton Office.

The Residential Conveyancing department is our largest department with teams in each of our office locations. We are looking to strengthen our Stockton team with the addition of a Residential Conveyancer.

You should be someone who has experience of working within a busy conveyancing team. The role would look to build on the quality of service being offered to our clients so you need to be self-motivated and passionate about helping clients to navigate this important, and often stressful, life event for clients.

You should be confident in managing all aspects of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and unregistered titles. You should also have experience of managing a volume caseload and working with referrers.

You need to be confident in supervising support staff to ensure the best service for our clients.

The position is full-time, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
