• Oversee three unique supported living services in the Dudley area, delivering person-centred care for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
• Be a visible, approachable manager who leads by example and engages daily with service users, families and staff.
• Lead on training, service development and quality improvements to enhance wellbeing and independence.
