You should be target-driven with strong communication, enjoy teamwork, and hold a full driving license. Basic salary £30,000 plus commission, with earnings linked to performance. 5-day week Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Saturday rota.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate canvassing activities to generate new business.
• Coordinate property valuations and listings.
• Market properties effectively to attract buyers.
• Match buyers to suitable properties and arrange viewings.
• Maintain contact with vendors and buyers throughout the process.
• Handle financial/legal aspects of the sales process.
• Guide vendors/buyers from agreement to legal completion.
• Assist with daily branch operations.
