Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment is launching its UK operation and seeks a Sales Manager to grow a portfolio of hotel, event, entertainment and attraction partners across London and the UK. The role is remote with a strong focus on building exclusive offers and long-term relationships.

You will negotiate commercial agreements, contribute to a growing UK team, and work closely with German teams to drive revenue. A minimum of 5 years in events, hospitality or travel is required, along with excellent

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in events, entertainment, attractions, hospitality or travel.
• Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills.
• Fluent English; a second language is a plus.
• Ambitious and motivated to build and lead a team.
• Excellent knowledge of the London market and ideally an existing industry network.

Responsibilities

• Develop new hotel, event and attraction partnerships across London and the UK.
• Negotiate contracts, exclusive offers and discounts with partners.
• Manage and grow existing partner relationships to maximise revenue.
• Identify new market and commercial opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with teams in Germany to align on strategy.
• Help build and manage a local UK team of 2–3 employees.
