Qualifications

• At least 2 years in project administration or early-stage project management; related fields like construction, acoustics, M&E, or HVAC are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project delivery, logistics, and Health & Safety paperwork.
• Act as a key contact for clients, suppliers and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.
• Assist with project scheduling, applications for payment, and technical requirements.
• Attend progress meetings and regularly update key stakeholders.
• Visit project sites across the UK (and occasionally Europe) to monitor progress and ensure seamless delivery.
