Randstad UK is seeking dedicated Primary Teachers for our West Sussex and Surrey network. Roles include long-term class teacher placements or daily supply work, offering balance between professional commitments and flexibility.

Requirements include QTS or UK equivalent, strong KS1/KS2 knowledge, and DBS Update Service readiness. Competitive daily rates and robust regional support are provided.

Formación

• QTS or UK equivalent required; ECTs/NQTs encouraged.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum across KS1/KS2.
• DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver National Curriculum lessons across KS1/KS2 with engaging methods.
• Drive pupil progress by setting high expectations and using data insights.
• Create inclusive, structured classroom culture where every child is valued.
• Differentiate instruction to support all learners.
• Maintain proactive behavior management for a focused environment.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and SENCOs for interventions.
• Keep accurate assessment records and report student achievement to parents and leadership.
