Randstad UK is seeking Primary Teachers to join our West Sussex and Surrey network. Roles range from long-term class teaching to day‑to‑day supply, with guaranteed weekly pay and flexible schedules. You will deliver KS1/KS2 lessons, drive progress, and collaborate with TAs and SENCOs to support diverse learners.

The ideal candidate holds QTS (or UK equivalent), has strong curriculum knowledge, and can build positive relationships with students and staff. DBS Update Service is preferred.

Formación

• Hold QTS or UK equivalent; ECTs/NQTs encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum KS1/KS2.
• Excellent classroom management and patient teaching style.
• Proven ability to build relationships with pupils, parents, staff.
• Enhanced DBS check registered on Update Service or willingness to apply.
• Experience leading a subject area or phonics frameworks preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver National Curriculum lessons across KS1/KS2.
• Drive pupil progress with data-driven insights.
• Create an inclusive, structured classroom culture.
• Differentiate instruction for varied learner needs.
• Maintain proactive behaviour management.
• Collaborate with TAs and SENCOs for interventions.
• Maintain assessment records and report progress to parents.
