Job summary

Randstad UK in West Sussex & Surrey is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers for flexible supply and long-term placements. Join a supportive regional network and enjoy a balance of engaging classroom practice with flexible scheduling.

You will deliver the National Curriculum to KS1/KS2, differentiate instruction, track progress, and collaborate with teaching assistants and SENCOs. An enhanced DBS check via Update Service is preferred with QTS or UK qualification required.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or UK equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum KS1/KS2.
• Excellent classroom management and communication with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Willingness to obtain/update DBS via Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver National Curriculum lessons across KS1 or KS2.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse needs.
• Monitor pupil progress and use data to boost achievement.
• Collaborate with TAs and SENCOs for targeted interventions.
• Maintain accurate assessment records and inform parents.
