Randstad UK is seeking passionate Primary Teachers for flexible supply and long-term placements across West Sussex and Surrey. You will deliver engaging National Curriculum lessons for KS1/KS2 and track pupil progress, using data to boost achievement.

You should have QTS or UK-equivalent status, strong classroom management, and DBS Update Service eligibility. The role offers flexible working with weekly pay and access to an education specialist support team.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or UK equivalent; ECTs/NQTs encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum (KS1/KS2).
• DBS check updated or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver National Curriculum lessons across KS1 or KS2.
• Drive pupil progress using data-driven insights.
• Create an inclusive, structured classroom culture.
• Differentiate instruction for varied abilities.
• Maintain proactive behavior management.
• Collaborate with TAs and SENCOs for interventions.
• Maintain assessment records and report progress to parents.
