Job summary

Aspire People in Manchester is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in a variety of primary schools. You will provide classroom, 1:1 and small-group support and help with Maths, English, phonics and the wider curriculum.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in primary schools.
• Confident supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Strong routine and expectation understanding.
• Reliable and adaptable with initiative.
• Passion for children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Providing classroom, 1:1 and small-group support
• Assisting with Maths, English, phonics and wider curriculum activities
• Helping pupils stay engaged and confident in their learning
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Working alongside teachers to provide additional support where needed
• Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
