Aspire People Limited is recruiting primary teachers to work across schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas, offering daily supply, short-term placements, or longer-term roles.

We provide opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with dedicated consultant support. This role suits teachers seeking flexibility, extra experience, or a new permanent position within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Recent experience teaching within a primary school.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Confident classroom management skills.
• Able to adapt quickly to different school environments.

Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Planning and adapting lessons to meet pupil needs.
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines.
• Assessing pupil progress and providing feedback.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Working with teaching assistants and wider school staff.
• Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs.
