Teaching Personnel are seeking an Experienced Teaching Assistant to work in Dorking, Surrey. Roles include 1:1 and small group support across mainstream primary schools. Flexible between 8:30 and 3:30 with both part-time and full-time options.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 support to a student or small group work within a resource base.
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students in completing assigned work and encouraging independent learning.
• Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns to the class teacher.
