Job summary

Penygawsi Primary School in Llantrisant, Pontyclun is seeking a proactive Site Manager to maintain a safe, clean and engaging learning environment.

The role covers day-to-day site management in partnership with Robertson Facilities Management, plus Planned Preventative Maintenance, security, health and safety checks, grounds upkeep and use of power tools. 37 hours per week with split shifts.

Qualifications

• Proactive and reliable site management capabilities required.
• Experience with maintenance tasks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the school site.
• Ensure compliance, safety and high standards across premises.
• Complete and record weekly and monthly Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks.
• General maintenance, security, and health and safety checks.
• Grounds upkeep including use of power tools to maintain woodland and outdoor areas.
