Qualifications

• ECT working towards or recently awarded QTS.
• Experience gained through teaching placements within primary settings.
• Willingness to work across all primary key stages (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, KS2 in line with the national curriculum.
• Create positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environments.
• Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learner needs.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote positive engagement.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, senior leaders and wider staff.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessment as required.
