Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join mainstream secondary schools across Bristol. Roles are available for September starts and welcome all subject specialisms.

You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons, build strong student relationships, and work within KS3/KS4 with KS5 opportunities where available. Whether you are completing PGCE, SCITT, or other routes, these positions focus on development, support, and gaining confidence at the start of your teaching

Qualifications

QTS or pending QTS
Relevant degree and/or strong subject knowledge
Experience gained through teaching placements
Passion for your subject and education
Reflective and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Commitment to inclusive education

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons within your subject specialism
Teach across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 opportunities
Develop positive relationships with students
Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
Assess progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with your department and wider school
Continue professional development through mentoring and CPD
