Job summary

Stafforce are recruiting a Freight Administrator to support operations at Immingham Dock. You will book drivers, manage admin tasks, and maintain records to ensure smooth freight movement in a busy port environment.

The role operates on a 4 on 4 off pattern with 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends. You should be computer-literate, hold a full UK driving licence, and have excellent attention to detail to deliver a professional service.

Qualifications

• Must be organised, reliable and able to work in a busy environment.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.
• Must be computer literate and able to use standard software tools.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Booking drivers in and out of the port.
• Carrying out general administration duties.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Using computer systems including Microsoft Office and Destin8.
• Communicating with drivers, customers and port users.
• Supporting the smooth movement of freight through the port.
• Ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
• Providing a professional and helpful service at all times.
