Job summary

Media Isle of Man is seeking an Account Manager to join its sales team during a growth phase. You will engage with advertisers, manage campaigns across multi-channel media, and build lasting partnerships while contributing to revenue targets.

The role involves presenting to clients, developing campaigns, and working closely with the Sales Manager and team to drive growth across iomtoday.co.im and related outlets.

Qualifications

• Experienced sales representative or business development manager with customer relationship management or account handling experience (minimum two years).
• Experience in media sales is an advantage.
• Track record of building or retaining business or commercial relationships.
• Aptitude to work across different products in a dynamic environment.
• Confident attitude when working with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales pipeline researching opportunities and working with the Sales Manager and team.
• Contact prospects and advertisers by phone and digitally; secure appointments and present via sales collateral.
• Convert sales and maintain a steady revenue flow.
• Support advertisers with branded campaigns for multi-channel media.
• nurture relationships with advertisers and sponsors to generate revenue and partnerships.
• Manage customer campaigns including assets and CRM administration.
• Represent Media Isle of Man at events and in the community.
• Participate in regular team updates, planning, and strategy sessions.
• Use social media to build network and promote products.
