Responsibilities

• Use formative and summative assessment to monitor progress.
• Identify students requiring intervention and provide targeted support.
• Prepare GCSE classes for examinations through revision, exam-style questions and feedback.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and perseverance.
• Adapt learning materials for students with differing abilities and educational needs.
• Maintain accurate assessment records and communicate progress appropriately.
• Work with colleagues to share resources and improve curriculum delivery.
