ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a reliable Logistics Coordinator / Administrator in Northampton to support day-to-day logistics and admin operations. You will manage order picks, courier bookings, and customer orders while maintaining accurate records and responding to queries.

• Experience in logistics, administration or data entry.
• Proficient with data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage daily order picks.
• Book orders and collections with couriers.
• Process and manage customer orders.
• Respond to emails and phone enquiries.
• Provide general admin support to the logistics team.
• Maintain accurate records and update order information.
• Liaise with couriers and internal departments to ensure deliveries.
• Support day-to-day logistics duties as required.
