Job summary

Bradfield Secondary School in Sheffield is seeking a proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our SEND Department on a permanent basis. The HLTA will work with teachers to deliver targeted interventions and support pupils with a range of SEND to access learning.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong numeracy and literacy, excellent communication, and the ability to work with initiative in a supportive team.

Qualifications

The role involves delivering interventions to develop academic, social communication and emotional regulation skills.The children with whom you would be working will have a range of SEND.
